Cheese
Raw yarns are winded up cheese bobbins. Winding must be a little loose to get eveness of sizing and dyeing.
Scouring
Raw yarns have cotton wax, metals and impurities etc. They affect dyeing and textures. In this stage,
those unnecessary sunbstances are removed by scouring.

Bleaching
Decompose and remove pigment in raw cotton yanrs. This is, what is called, bleach. Beach is of importance to dyeing quality. Long lasting beautiful color after laundry is be by virtue of this process.
Dyeing
Dye in accordance with the target color. After dyeing, unfixed dyes are washed by soaping agent. Sufficient soaping prevents color bleeding and reattachment. Finished color may vary slightly so that final check is always done by craftsmen.
Sizing / Drying
Size yarns in cheese forms. With this process, the yarns are strengthened and are not easy to break in weaving process. If sizing is not enough and properly, fluffs and snags form during weaving. Carefull work is required here, too.
Scouring
Woven fabrics are pretty stiff with sizing agent.
Desize sufficiently and regain texture and abosorbency.
